Stations and passed trays
Guests move, the room mixes and nobody waits for a course. The choice when the cocktail hour is the heart of the night.

Floral Terrace · New York
Menus written with your family, cooked for one celebration at a time, and served the way your evening actually runs.
Chef-crafted cuisine

Chef-crafted cuisine
Our chefs cook for a single event at a time. The cocktail hour lands while the room is still filling, and the entrées leave the pass together rather than in waves.
Menus are built with you rather than chosen from a folder. We start from how your family eats, what the evening has to accommodate, and which dishes simply have to be on the table.
Service
The format changes how the room feels. Describe the evening you have in mind and we will tell you which one fits it.

Guests move, the room mixes and nobody waits for a course. The choice when the cocktail hour is the heart of the night.

Everyone seated, every plate arriving together. The formal choice, and the one that holds a timeline.

Platters down the middle of the table, passed hand to hand. The warmest of the three, and the one families ask for most.
Dietary and cultural
Tell us what the evening has to accommodate and we will build around it — not as an exception at the end of the list, but as the menu itself.

A Floral Park celebration setting
Menu design starts as a conversation and ends at a table: you, whoever in the family should be there, and the dishes you are choosing between.
Nothing reaches the final menu that you have not tasted and approved.

Yes. Tastings are scheduled once your date is held, and nothing reaches the final menu that you have not tasted and approved.
Named allergies are tracked by seat and confirmed with you before the event. Tell us at the tasting and again at the final headcount.
Often, yes. Bring the recipe to the tasting and our chefs will tell you honestly whether we can do it justice at your guest count.
Children's plates and vendor meals are planned into the count rather than improvised on the night. Confirm numbers at the final headcount.
